The purpose of this website is help with arthritis pain not diagnosis of arthritis. There are many good sites that I recommend. The Center for Disease Control has a lot of information on a variety of arthritis types. Also, the Arthritis Society has a great deal of information on arthritis. Use the links and see a doctor. Now, start to deal with the pain. Learn all you can about arthritis and your condition.

I have Psoriatic Arthritis and have dealt with my arthritis for over 30 years. The progression of the disease has been textbook. Starting with just a little knee pain and then some back pain. Now I have an artificial knee and am on a pain patch. The key to all this was to find out what type of arthritis-types are possible and then finding out what I have.

Don’t forget that animals can also get arthritis. See the section on arthritis-types with your pets. Often, we forget that animals can suffer but they can’t complain. Yes, they can also be helped but like everything else care must be taken to help them properly under the care of a vet.
